In order to register for any Harding-Madison hockey program, you must first register with USA Hockey.  Please click here to register with USA Hockey for the 2020-2021 season. You will be unable to complete Harding Madison Ice Hockey League registration without entering a valid 2020-2021 USA Hockey confirmation number.

Please review the various Codes of Conduct on the "About Our Program" page.  You will need to acknowledge that you have read them and that all members of your family will adhere to them during registration.

A USA Hockey Consent to Treat form must be submitted for each player.

For players that are new to HM Hockey, a copy of the player's birth certificate must also be submitted to the registrar.  You can send it with your consent to treat form, or upload a scanned copy of the birth certificate during registration.

For players new to hockey or with birth year prior to 2015 HMIHA recommends the Morris County Youth Hockey Clinic as a means of being introduced to the sport.  Information about the clinic can be found at MCYHL.Net.  Please contact with any questions.


UNIFORMS (Jerseys & Socks)

For players that do not currently have an HM jersey one will be distributed prior to the season to be returned at the end of the season. No purchase required. Socks are avaialbe for purchase at our team store (access store via main page) and are for the player to keep.  Those who currently own a jersey please continue to use it.  Send any questions to

Alex Bloom Memorial Scholarship Fund

2021 Mite Spring

For players born in 2013 or younger.  Players will be placed on a team in the Twin Oaks League (10 games) running from April to mid June. Mites play using the half-ice, 4x4 format.  An HM Jersey will be provided.
